BENEFITS SUMMARY

Eckler Engineering, Inc. greatly appreciates our team members and demonstrates this by offering the following employee benefits.

401k

Employees may contribute up to the maximum allowed by law after one year of employment.  Immediate eligibility to contribute and roll-over from prior plans.  No waiting period.  The employer contributes 3% of salary plus optional profit sharing to each employee.

Medical Plan

Eckler Engineering is currently participating in on HMO group health insurance program.  After the 90 day probationary period, Eckler Engineering will provide half of the employee’s health insurance premium.  Additional family members may be added at the employee’s expense.

Prescription Drugs

Prescription drug card with low co-pays as part of HMO Health Plan.

Vision Plan

Comprehensive vision plan for services and hardware at participating providers.

Vacation Time

Vacation time accruals begin when you become a full-time employee. Balance can be carried from year to year. The employee receives:

Two weeks vacation up to 5 years employment.

Three weeks vacation between 5 and 10 years employment.

Four weeks vacation after 10 years employment.

Paid Holidays

There are seven (7) company-paid holidays provided.

Tuition Reimbursement

Eckler Engineering, Inc. reimburses employees for tuition when the employee is pursuing a degree beneficial to the company. The reimbursement of tuition and costs is dependent upon the employee's grades in the course.

A = 100% reimbursement

B = 50% Reimbursment

Profit Sharing

Profit Sharing is a way to reward employees for good work throughout the year.  Eckler Engineering will distribute a portion of the profits for the year into each eligible employee’s 401K account as the bonus for the year.

The distribution of the profit sharing is as established in the 401K plan.

Professional Societies

Eckler Engineering, Inc. will pay all costs associated with memberships in two professional societies as long as the employee is active in the society.
